Degree Audit Update
The scribing continues, and some audits can now be run in the test system. There is a new
feature when a course is “still needed” that allows students to select a specific course
number. The number is hyperlinked, so that when a student clicks on the course it will
then show registration information such as dates, times and open seats. Please see page
two of the newsletter for a screenshot displaying an example of this new feature.
After Action Review - Open Registration
The After-Action Review for keeping registration open, originally scheduled for
February 24th, was cancelled. That discussion will be rolled into the Registrar Fora (March 3rd & 4th), so please continue providing feedback, if you haven’t already.

Time Ticket Update
Time tickets have been assigned for summer (201660) and fall
(201710). In the past, we assigned 200 students per time ticket, but
that number has been increased to 400 students per ticket. The change
in number of students per time ticket reduced the time necessary to
open registration for all students from two weeks down to one week.
