Introduction: Just what the heck happened during the 60’s? Love, peace, drugs, hope …or hype? Did anything really change in America? Was all that “stuff” going on really going on among a few people? Was it really a revolution or a bunch of spolied kids spending too much of their parents’ money? What really was going on? What was the 60s all about ? What was this “Counterculture” all about? Did “the Counterculture” change America? If so was it for good or bad?

Overall Concept: You have to define this thing –this counterculture first. Then you have to determine how widespread this “movement” was. Who was following this movement? Why were they following this movement? Finally did this “movement” have any affect on the US? Exactly where was this effect? Was this effect good or bad or …well just what happened?

Project Description: As they used to say in the sixties-Hey man this is a pretty heavy trip I’m laying on you…Stay cool and be straight…if that’s really your thing...Dig? Is this really all “boomer” guilt or nostalgia? Wow look at that sky…you know what I mean? I mean really man was this all a bad trip resulting in Bill Clinton or George Bush- not tot mention that dude Reagan- or is the fact we’re all into recycling and tofu (aren’t you?) a result of the Sergeant Pepper’s album? Wow…I mean WOW….
