We strive to make your visit with us aspleasant as possible. In order to avoiddisappointment or non availability ofyour chosen treatments we stronglyurge that you make all final reservationsand confirmations for the treatments yourequire, at least a week before your visit,preferably more. After this time,scheduling of rooms and therapiststo suit your requirements may notbe possible.

Half-Day Spa Break

This package includes the use of ourpool, hydro spa, sauna and gym. Ascheduled health or beauty treatmentfrom our menu and a £10 allowancetowards lunch served in ourconservatory. Half Day packages can bescheduled from 9.00am and 2.30pm orfrom 12 noon to 5.30 pm. Extratreatments can be booked as required.

No-shows, non-arrivals and cancellations within24 hours will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged at50% of the value.

Vouchers must be presented at the time oftreatment. In the event a voucher has been lostor forgotten, full payment will be required.
