THE PROGRAM The development program for the Vegas World Resort Kobe is being conceived, with purpose, to create a place of destination for people of all demographic areas: local, regional, national, and international. This collaboration between LVH Enterprises, Jackson Development & Marketing Corporation and the City of Kobe will manifest an enrichment of the culture of the world and the human experience plus acknowledge the City of Kobe as the place where this is held in high regard. THE CONCEPT At the core of the design process and fundamental to the success of the project is the consideration of human nature. Urban design is about “place-making”. It is about creating healthy environments. It is about creating the connections between people and the place where they live, work, and gather. It is about creating connections between people and constructed forms, surfaces and natural elements of landscape in a setting that must also provide for the practical needs of safety and mobility. In essence it is about creating a structural fabric that will support the social fabric of people and the elements of society that they create derived from their innate human nature that seeks to fulfill the desire to sustain and enrich their human experience. It is with this underlying precept that the master plan program is being developed for the Vegas World Resort Kobe. The character of the development is to be multi purposed. It is intended to be a place that will hold and express the history and legacy of the Jackson Family with the Jackson Performing Arts and Cultural Center, plus be a center for support and creativity with the Academy of Entertainment. The creation of the Lumiere Museum Kobe, the Performing Arts Center, and the multiple other attractions will present a major regional and global entertainment destination for all walks of life, from family visitors and vacationers to those seeking popular entertainment acts, concerts, dining, and nightlife. The condo-hotel and the for-sale private condominiums will offer the opportunity of luxury living in a vibrant, exciting setting where everything is within convenient reach.

LOCATION Being part of the major re-development plan for the port district of Kobe this project will join the ranks of other nearby hospitality developments on the shores of Osaka Bay. Kobe is a city of approximately 1.55 million people and is the sixth largest city in Japan. The Kobe airport is nearby and major transportation means and infrastructure are in place to provide access to the development. Kobe is a metropolitan city with international character, rich and diverse history, contemporary buildings, international hotels, and many attractions that make it a world-class tourist destination. The Vegas World Resort Kobe will take its place in this setting and compliment the already vibrant entertainment and hospitality resources of Kobe. SUMMARY The Lumiere Museum Kobe, Jackson Performing Arts & Culture Center and Legacy of The Legend Concert Hall, and all the other attractions including The World Health Clinic will be part of the core attractions of the Vegas World Resort Kobe. The design and creation of The Lumiere Museum will represent life and histories of Japan. The Jackson Performing Arts & Culture Center and Legacy of The Legend Concert Hall will give thoughtful expression to the mission and goals of The Jackson Family Foundation being Unity, Peace, Education and Love. The creation of this performing arts center will manifest a reflection of the legacy and contribution of the Jacksons whose lives have touched and influenced the lives of so many others in the world. This edifice will become a place of focus and a center for support that will foster fresh creativity and inspiration for new generations in the performing arts to follow in the steps of the Jackson Family and Michael Jackson. In collaboration with the City of Kobe, through this project, The Vegas World Resort Kobe will be a place of celebration to foster understanding, compassion, and friendship amongst the citizens of the world through mediums that we can all appreciate, enjoy, and share … a global selection of world class food, music, the performing arts, and community.
