BEYERSKLOOF FIELD BLEND 4202015 - A unique blend made by harvesting, fermenting andmaturing of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot together. Lovely sweetand red fruit and tea leaf flavours upon entry. Maturing provides abalanced wine with spicy and cedar flavours which adds greatdepth.

VILLIERA THE CLAN 9502015 - Intensely perfumed with dark berry fruit, liquorice, violetsand underlying tobacco, spice and graphite. It is full bodied withripe succulent tannins and great length. THELEMA RABELAIS 6992015 - During our annual vintage review individual barrels areidentified and earmarked for the Rabelais blend. Concentratedaromas of dark berries and cedar wood on the nose arecomplemented by lovely sweet fruit and polished tannins on thepalate. The wine finishes long and firm and will reward cellaring.

SIMONSIG TIARA 4202011 - This wine has a deep garnet centre with bright and youthfulhues in the rim. The rich, perfumed bramble and red berry bouquetis enhanced by layers of mocha, sweet cinnamon sugar and vanillaspiciness.

SIMONSIG FRANS MALAN 4092014 - Pinotage 64% Cabernet Sauvignon 32% Merlot 4%. With adeep Persian Carpet Red colour the collaboration of these threeunique varieties showcases layers of perfume, plums andcranberries. Decadent flavours of moist fruit cake portray the palatewith subtle nuances of cinnamon spice and fynbos. Soft and subtletannins with a dry finish.

KANONKOP PAUL SAUER 8502014 - A complex perfume of black fruits, cassis, tobacco and darkchocolate with cedar wood and cigar box undertones. The softerintegrated 2014 vintage offers a greater finesse and elegance whencompared to previous vintages.

DAVID FROST PAR EXELLENCE 3992015 - Par Excellence has rich black fruit aromas filled withblackberry, cassis and dark plum flavours with peppery spice andchocolate notes. A well-balanced and elegant structured palatewith well-rounded soft ripe tannins that end with a smooth lingeringtaste.

STRYDOM REX CABERNET SAUVIGNON 4302015 - This is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with flavours of redcherries, cassis and hints of tobacco. there is great balancebetween the wood and fruit.

ERNIE ELS SIGNATURE 9992013 - Ernie has a particular Bordeaux palate and it was only fittingthat this wine should be a natural extension of his character andpersonal style. A classic Bordeaux – style blend incorporating all fivevarietals; Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (25%), CabernetFranc(5%), Malbec(5%) and Petit Verdot(5%).

MIDDELVLEI – MOMBERG 4792016 - 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Pinotage, 14% Shiraz. Theappearance is a dark ruby red with deep shades of crimson. On thenose you’ll find delicate red and black fruit aromas backed bywooded spices. The palate shows a well-structured wine withconcentrated ripe fruit flavours.

LE RICHE - CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVE 6202014 - Currants, sour cherries and cassis flavours are supported bya fresh savoury nose. Lead pencil shavings and cedar complimentthe overall complexity and sophistication. The palate shows sweet,ripe fruit balanced by firmly structured, juicy tannins.

ALLESVERLOREN FORTIFIED WINE 602011 Young, sweet and spicy, with warming alcohol and a richcentre. Interesting marmalade and allspice notes on the jammyblack fruit core that is unique to the 2011 vintage adds complexity.The wine is accessible and ready to drink in youth.

STELLENBOSCH HILLS - MUSCAT DEHAMBORG 352016 The aromas are enchanting, Muscat prevailing, cherries andsweet red berries, fraises des bois. The flavour is truly grapey, notesof rose water, sweet spices and a refreshing acidity which runsthrough to the aftertaste.

THELEMA - VIN DE HEL MUSCAT 452014 A golden dessert wine with very typical Muscat characters onthe nose. The wine shows upfront aromas of pineapple, citrus,apricots, a touch of honey and subtle floral notes. The palate is lushwith the perfect balance between sweetness and fresh acidity.
