On your Browser (Preferably Google Chrome), type the website address (https://www.narfbr.org/ ) and press ENTER button then you will be directed to following screen.

Click on Careers link, the following page will appear.

Click on Application link, the following page will appear.

For New Applicant, click on New User button to register with specific details.

After clicking on New User link, the following page will appear. Enter Your E-mail Id, Mobile No & Captcha, After clicking on Register button, User Name and Password are sent to registered Mobile Number and Email ID.

Enter User Name and Password sent to Registered Mobile Number and enter Captcha then click on Login button as shown below.

Candidate is prompted to change the default password as shown in the screen below. Enter Old Password, New Password, Confirm Password and click on Change Password button.

Confirmation Pop Up will appear.

Press OK button to continue with submission of application.

After successful Login the following home page will appear as shown below.

Step-1: Application Fee Payment: Candidates shall enter personal details and pay the Application Fee through Payment Gateway options given. (Fee exempted Candidates also should fill the details).

Step-2: Know Your Application Payment Status: Candidates can check the status of the payment through this option. (If status shows “FAIL” Candidates are requested pay the Fees again till the status shows “SUCCESS” then proceed with Step-3)

Step-3: Fill Application Form: Candidates should fill the Application form for Qualification details, Experience details, references and uploading Photo and Signature.

Step-4: Prints of Completed Applications (only after Submitting Application Form): Once the Application Form submitted successfully, Candidate can print the Application receipt for future references. _______________________________________________________________________________________________

Step-1: Application Fee Payment: Click on Application Fee Payment link for Paying Fee for Application after filling the required details as shown below.

The following page will appear. Select Application for the Post of and Educational Qualification from drop down list then click on Go button as shown below.

The following page will appear. Enter all mandatory details then click on Click to Proceed button as shown below.

A Pop Up message as shown in the screen below page redirects to fill Application Form.(If Applicant belongs to other than UR and OBC Candidates come under Fee Exemption). Click on Confirm button as shown below.

Save the following Payment Reference details for future correspondence

Click on OK button, the following Payment Gateway Page will appear. Select TSOnline Payment Gateway Option, Select Acceptance check Box then click on Pay Now button as shown below.

The PAYU Page will appear. Enter Card Details then click on Make Payment button. After successful payment the Payment Transaction Id will be generated.

Once the payment is done successfully, the system will navigate to Fill Application Form page as shown in the screen below.

Step-2: Know Your Application Payment Status

Click on Know Your Application Payment Status link, to check the Payment status as shown below.

Enter the details and Click on Search button and the click on Download button to download the Status of the Payment as shown below.

Keep the Application fee receipt for future references as shown below.

Step-3: Fill Application Form / Print Application Receipt (only after Fee Payment)

Click on Fill Application Form / Print Application Receipt (only after Fee Payment) link, to fill the Application Form as shown below.

Enter the details as shown below:

Click on Go button, Application form will be displayed. Enter all the mandatory details and click on Save & Continue button as shown below.

After clicking on Save & Continue button, the following page will appear. Upload Your Photo and Signature then click on Preview button as shown below.

Click on Preview button to view the complete details entered. Candidates can edit and change the details before submission.

Check all the details then click on Back button and the following Pop up will appear.

After clicking on OK button, the following page will appear. If no modifications to be made, Click on Save &Submit button as shown below.

On clicking Save &Submit button, the following Pop Up will appear. Click on OK button as shown below.

The following Receipt of Application Form will appear. Click on Print button to take the print of the Application form for future correspondence as shown below.
