The number of bikes reported as stolen has doubled since 2008 Almost 5,000 bikes were reported stolen in Dublin in 2014 1 in 3 bikes stolen nationally in 2014 were stolen in Dublin City Centre Twice as many bikes are stolen in summer than in winter, peak months are July/
