National Conference 2019

The basic objective of the scheme is to bring together academicians and experts from different parts of the

country and abroad to exchange knowledge and ideas. This will provide an in-depth analysis of subjects

and update the knowledge of the participants from academic/research institutions. Selected papers will be

published in UGC approved journal with ISSN number. The conference will be held on 02nd

April 2019.

Venue for the conference is Laxmi Institute of Technology, Sarigam, Gujarat.

Outcomes:

To Establish a network of young researchers, Students and industry experts who will be able to work

together to find creative solutions to the issues facing the recent times.

To provide an opportunity for youth to present their concerns regarding and solutions to issues facing

in and in resulting conference reports.

Increase general inquisitiveness among youth and the general public.

The authors are requested to go through the following criteria for publication of their Research papers:

Ranking of papers will be done out of 20 marks on the following basis:

a. Paper Acceptance out of 10 marks :

strongly accepted: (8-10)/10

accepted: (6-7)/10

weakly accepted: (0-5)/10

b. Physical Presentation out of 10 marks (as per the session chair(s) decision)

strongly presented: (8-10) /10

normally presented: (6-7) /10

weakly presented: (4-5) /10

very weakly presented: (0-3) /10

The best papers evaluated on the basis of their acceptance and physical presentation of the papers

will be considered for publication in UGC approved Journal. For this the overall marking of the

paper should be between 15-20 marks.

The next best papers in category on the basis of their evaluation , will be published in UGC approved

journals: IJAC (Journal of analysis and computation) .

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent

developments in the topics related to the conference. It is required that the manuscript follows the standard

format mentioned. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email

address. Please double-check the paper size in your page setup to make sure you are using the A4 size

paper. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers.

Authors should submit their papers online. We use Easy Chair system for submission of papers and review

process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Easy Chair to log on. To avoid last minutes

network problems, authors are strongly encouraged to create their Easy Chair submission system user

accounts (if you do not already have one) and register their submission well in advance of the deadline.

Authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration with a maximum length limit of 6 printed pages

including all the figures, references, and appendices. Submission of paper must be original and should not

have been previously published or under consideration for publication. All papers will be sent for peer

review and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. At least one of

the authors of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present their paper in person at the

conference. All submissions are to be done electronically through easychair link.
