Workforce Survey

• After careful consideration, and with the input and approval of CSAT, the National Office decided not to renew the contract with NDRI to carry out the workforce survey.

• Hiring an in-house program manager to coordinate the project

• The National Office will host a 4-day meeting in Kansas City in early 2010 (January or February) and will pay for 2 people from each Regional Center to attend.

o Meeting purpose Hammer out the survey methodology Write the survey instrument

o Be prepared to work hard (may be long days) – MUST be completed in this meeting to meet timeline for OMB application
