9e are so &uch &ore advanced in our heads than in our hearts( 9hat weneed is to learn to open the heart and surrender(
#ut surrender to what )n +atural Yoga one surrenders only to the $ruth(Another na&e %or the $ruth is 3od( 3od is the AbsoluteD the Absolute is8er%ectionD and 8er%ection is $ruth( +atural Yoga is about *nowing 3odnot :ust intellectually" but consciously and directlyD it is about surrender to3od(
