This brief overview will provide you with the basics of how to quickly find answers and solutions to questions and issues by searching Knowledge Center. As you will see, Knowledge Center is a powerful search tool and information resource that we hope you will use often.

GETTING STARTED – SEARCHING

When you log in to Knowledge Center, you’re at the Welcome screen and can immediately begin searching for answers. Simply type your question in the “Ask” field and press Enter.
