The National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) is proud of its 40 plus years of service to our members and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We are the largest employee association in the FAA, representing over 1000 FAA employees and more. We advocate for the fair treatment and advancement of minorities and champion the critical importance of diversity in the current and future the success of the FAA. On behalf of the NBCFAE’s National Executive Board and membership, we would like to invite you to our 43rd Annual National Training Conference held August 26-29, 2019, at the Renaissance Harborplace hotel in Baltimore, MD. This annual event provides attendees with highly effective training and creative resources to succeed in today’s business world. Will you join us for a week of community interaction, training, networking, and information exchange? We the members of the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation

Employees will promote equal opportunity for African Americans, other

minorities and female FAA employees; improve employee-management

relations, and provide an effective liaison among FAA employees,

management and community.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

The registered trademark and seal of NBCFAE shall

be an air traffic control tower. This is an easily

recognized aviation building, symbolizing a tower of

strength. The circular motif represents NBCFAE unity

and continuity. Hands are in brotherhood and

sisterhood; the colors red, black and green shall

prevail.
