• This northern periphery project initiative “NEED” will facilitate;– collaboration between several target areas to work

on an Interreg IV B Northern Periphery programme application.

– the project focuses on environmental education in park sites (especially national parks, world heritage sites and their visitor centres) in Northern Periphery regions.

– national parks (etc) and visitor centres can be organised for linking the urban and rural activities and development potential in a novel network for nature science, education, tourism industry and local societies.
