During the survey , it was found that HDFC is

the most preferable organization.

HDFC is providing best customer service to

During the survey it was found –

Public are not much aware

ICICI doesn’t provide transparency to the

customers

ICICI has high interest rate

No doubt the customer servie of ICICI is far

better than the govt. loans organization.

CONCLUSION

Home Loan companies should always try to update their policies according to needs

of customers. Some points to be remember are as follows:

attention should be paid to staff so that they can provide information to client in

better way and able to solve every problem of clients.

Disbursement should be on on proper time for customer convenience and also for

increase in profit margin.

Prepayment, documentation formalities, interest rates, disbursement, after sales

services.. etc should be manage by company for customer satisfaction as well as to

gain profit to the market.
