CONCLUSION
Home Loan companies should always try to update their policies according to needs
of customers. Some points to be remember are as follows:
attention should be paid to staff so that they can provide information to client in
better way and able to solve every problem of clients.
Disbursement should be on on proper time for customer convenience and also for
increase in profit margin.
Prepayment, documentation formalities, interest rates, disbursement, after sales
services.. etc should be manage by company for customer satisfaction as well as to
gain profit to the market.
