They had their branch level CASA
data, but wanted to know the
universe of potential customers, so
that they could decide the best
product offerings across their
branches.

The client used the Neighbourhood Skyline for all the metro cities to identify the income pattern and the affluence levels at various micro markets across cities .
This was a reference for them to plot their existing branch CASA data and understand their penetration and market share.
They were then able to prioritize areas with low market penetration vis-avis the potential and suitably plan their product mix across their existing branches.

They merged this with their internal sales data to come up with an assessment of performance of stores vis-a-vis the potential and fine tune the local marketing efforts. They were also able to identify additional micro-markets with high concentration of their TG and assess new locations to setup stores.
