To calculate your ticket entry allocation, the individual SSD size (in TB) will be used as unit of measurement (example: 400GB SSD = 0.4TB). The unit will then be multiplied by the amount of SSDs placed on the order to make the total. In case there are two types of SSD, the sum of both SSDs is to be used.

> MINOR PRIZES: Awarded to 9 partners in total To win, simply top our All Flash FAS Leaderboard in either Star/Platinum, Gold or Silver NetApp partner category by the end of the promotional period. Points Action

100 points 100 points will be awarded per qualified opportunity which includes at least one (1) AFF system in their quote.Distributor & Partner must use ‘AFF_F1_Promo’ in opportunity title to be eligible.

250 points 250 points will be awarded for each 4.8TB of Raw Capacity sold in every NetApp AFF system (based on order placed)

> The prize pool consists of the following items > MAJOR PRIZE

> Three tickets to the Melbourne Grand Prix (Chicane Pavilion Area tickets) from Friday 18 March 2015 to Sunday 20 March 2016.

> Two-nights’ accommodation at Intercontinental Melbourne The Rialto (Friday 18 March & Saturday 19 March 2016) for the three Melbourne GP ticket holders (as above). One standard room provided per ticket holder

> MINOR PRIZES For each partner winner, the following package will be extended > Two tickets to the NetApp Supercar Track Day in Peats Ridge on Friday, 8th April 2016. > For interstate (outside of NSW) or New Zealand Partner entity winners, flights (from their closer capital city) and one

night accommodation will be provided to the two ticket holders. Flight costs to not exceed AU$600 for AU interstate winners and NZ$1,000 for NZ winners. Only economy travel booking will be accepted. Accommodation costs to not exceed AU$300 per night (and per person)

> Prizes will be drawn/announced the following ways: > MAJOR PRIZE

> Prize will be drawn on Friday 5th February 2016 at 11.00am at NetApp, Level 7, 100 Pacific Highway – North Sydney NSW. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email after the draw has taken place

> MINOR PRIZES > Prize winners will be determined by NetApp on Friday 5th February 2016 upon checking all opportunities and order

placed during the eligibility period and final leaderboard (by partner category) has been determined. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email shortly after. Winners will also be announced on the AFF Incentive Program microsite (leaderboard tab)

> The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value if any of the prizes are for some reason unavailable.

> In the event that a prize winning Participant is unable to accept their prize for whatever reason, or the prize is unable to be allocated, the Promoter reserve the right to award that prize to the Participant who met the eligibility criteria and would have been deemed the prize winner had the original prize winning Participant not participated in the Promotion.

> Bi-monthly ladder results will be published by NetApp via email or through the NetApp AFF Incentive microsite. > It is the entrant’s responsibility to advise the Promoter of any change of personal details and the Promoter bears no responsibility

for incorrect postal address information which results in prizes not received. > NetApp is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or

programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

> NetApp is not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition. NetApp also accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings in the competition. You should seek Independent financial advice about such matters.

> In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, NetApp is entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition - subject to any written directions from the various regulatory bodies responsible for supervising the conduct of the competition (the Lotteries Departments).

> If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond NetApp control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, NetApp is entitled in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (subject to any written directions given by the various Lotteries Departments), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

> The winners release the Promoter and their related bodies from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoter or the prize.

> By entering this competition you agree to allow NetApp to contact you for any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

> The winners for each competition agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion (e.g. interview and photo, for sports pages of our website and or newspapers)

> In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

> The Promoter collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to our related bodies corporate and to others who help us run the competition.
