Research shows that by regularly taking part in activities that involve Connecting, Being Active, Taking Notice, Learning and Giving Back, we can improve the quality and length of our lives. Want to fix that cupboard or learn how to hang wallpaper, great starter course for you from the Workers Education Association (WEA)
IT Basics (8 wk) Monday 10am – 12pm
Beginner course – from word to internet, this course will provide the foundations for using a computer (SLC)
IT Employment Skills (8 wk)
Friday 10 – 12pm This course covers the basics that employers are looking for around computer use (SLC)
IT Progression (8 wk) Tues 10am – 12pm As follow on for anybody that has already done a beginners with us (SLC)

Courses run with the WEA are £65.10 for a 10 week course. If you receive certain benefits you may qualify for a free place. You must enroll in advance for these courses. Please enquire for enrolment and the WEA course open days. LD courses are suitable for adults with learning disabilities.
