NOTE:This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents. Insert it in the Project Manual.

Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. Page 011000-2, Subparagraph 1.04 B.1: Delete this Subparagraph in its entirety and replace with

the following:

“1. Window removals and associated and limited interior removals at the window locations

to be removed, including but not limited to induction unit abatement and removal, above-

ceiling fireproofing and fireproofing debris removal, and contaminated ceiling system

removals, and well as the handling and disposal of PCB-containing sealants associated

with windows will be required prior to the lift installation, which is the first item

required under the contract for three floors for hoist access.”

2. Page 011000-3, Subparagraph 1.06 A.1.: Delete this Subparagraph in its entirety and replace

with the following:

“1. All structural connections on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th floors for exterior hoist and ACM

abatement shall be performed on weekends between the hours of 6:00 pm Friday and

6:00 am Monday, or between the hours of 6:00 pm and 6:00 am Monday thru Friday.”

3. Page 011000-6, Paragraph 1.11 J.: Delete this Paragraph in its entirety and replace with the

following:

“J. Furniture, cubicles, modular partitions, and portable equipment, which interferes with

execution of the Work, will be removed by Facility personnel.”

4. Drawing No. H-001, GENERAL ABATEMENT NOTES, Note 16: Delete this Note in its

entirety and replace with the following:

“16. REMOVE ALL SPRAY-ON FIREPROOFING AND OVERSPRAY FROM THE

CEILING DECK, STRUCTURAL MEMBERS, PIPING AND DUCTWORK, AND

ALL OTHER SURFACES IN ALL ABOVE-CEILING LOCATIONS. REMOVALS

SHALL INCLUDE ALL PRIMER AND/OR SUBCOAT ASSOCIATED WITH

FIREPROOFING LOCATED BENEATH THE SPRAY-ON FIREPROOFING ON THE

DECK SURFACE OR OTHER SUBSTRATE. SUPPLY AND RETURN

DUCTWORK, OTHER THAN WHICH IS SHOWN TO REMAIN, SHALL BE

REMOVED AND DISPOSED AS ASBESTOS.”

5. Revised Drawings:

a. Drawing Nos. H-101 and H-102 noted “REVISED DRAWING 9/06/2017” accompany

this Addendum and supersede the same numbered originally issued drawings.
