Teresa WhiteTeresa White, president of Aflac U.S., is responsible for driving seamless strategy and execution across Aflac’s U.S. operations. In her role, she focuses on specific growth enablers, including improving and expanding distribution, focusing on product innovation, owning Aflac’s customer experience, and strengthening the low cost model, and has aligned sales and marketing operations in support of Aflac’s core strategy. Kimberly KennedyKimberly Kennedy offers over 20 exciting years of Human Resources and Training & Development experience. Kimberly attended the University of Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. She went on to obtain a Master of Education in Adult Education at the University of Georgia, in Athens, Georgia. Currently, Kimberly is a Training Advisor at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County. The conference runs non-stop with activities from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 10:00 p.m. Companies often use time in-between sessions for internal team building and communication meetings. In addition, many use the serene setting as a much-needed time for personal reflection, renewal, and goal setting.

THE DESIGN OF THE CONFERENCEThe Blue Ridge Board of Directors consists of senior-level corporate executives, most of whom have personal responsibility for the conduct of leadership development in their business operations. As a result of this collaboration, the board has adopted a framework of leadership competencies it uses to design the conference.
