• You will be keying medical correspondence for Arondale Medical Center. The medical center is affiliated with the Arondale University College of Medicine. The center is operated by private medical practitioners and university staff.
• You will be keying letters and reports to patients, other medical firms, government, and regulatory agencies. Arondale Medical Center sends informational newsletters and brochures to community members promoting health awareness and disease prevention.

1. Choose the Basic Pie diagram in the Relationship group.
2. Click Add Shape to add the fourth quadrant. Right-click and choose Edit text to add text.
3. Drag the upper-right quadrant inward to form the pie.
4. Right-click and choose Fill to change the color of each shape.

• SOAP notes contain the patient’s complaints, the physician’s findings, and the physician’s assessment and plan for treatment.

• The fair will be held in the main concourse of Hess Office Park.
• Medical suppliers, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, schools, and clinics will be invited to participate as vendors and presenters.

• Vendors and presenters will provide information tables and wellness seminars.
