TUTORIAL TO NEW SELLING ON SOUQ.COM

Go through the following steps to mark the new changes made to the Selling Feature on Souq.com.

Step 1

Select ‘Sell’ on Souq.com homepage

1. Select the right category for your item from the optional boxes flow as shown below

Example: If you want to sell a Nokia N900 phone, this is how you do it:

Select: Mobile Phones> Nokia> Nokia N Series> N900

2. Click on the ‘Next’ button below the boxes to proceed to the next page

Search for the item you want to sell in the ‘Locate your item’ box as shown below

- Example: Type Nokia N900

Type identification keyword to your item if you can’t find it in the below list

A list of matching items will appear:

1. You can now look for your item in the list2. Important: Click ‘View Details’ to verify that it is the right item you want to sell

1. When clicking on ‘View Details’, an item description pop-up will appear

2. Make sure that you read the descriptions to recognize that it’s the right item you want to sell

The pop-up of ‘View Details’ will show you images as well as item attributes.

Now that you have found your item, you can click on ‘Select this item’ to go to the next step

You will reach to a page that shows you the Final Value Fees for your item Remember, listing on Souq.com is FREE!

Step 6 The ‘Item Attribute’ page will now appear Our new ‘Catalogue based’ system provides your item with a full description. This will help you enhance your offerings and display your item in a professional

On the same ‘Item Attribute’ page, pre-loaded item images are available Item images from all angles are shown for better display to your audience

Scrolling down the ‘Item Attributes’ page you will now find your specific item attribute fields

You need to fill this part with your ‘item specific’ details. See example below

Remember: accurate details are required.

Scrolling down furthermore, you now need to select/ deselect your shipping and payment terms.

Please review as fields are pre-ticked for the convenience of your buyers

Towards the end of the ‘Item Attributes’ page, you now need to select your best location for your item to be displayed

Ones you have completed all the above, you can now move to the final step! Click ‘Next’ in the end of the page after completing all fields
