CLCSS Scheme: All Idustries 15% Capital Subsidy(Central Government)

1. Term Loan should be covered under CLCSS scheme.2. SSI activity should be as per CLCSS guidelines and also date of

issue of SSI Registration is prior to term loan sanction.3. Reference date is last disbursement date of said term loan .If term

loan is more than 1 cr. The reference date shall be disbursement date of 1 cr.

4. Plant and machinery cost should be standard.5. Term Loan account should be standard.6. Second hand machine is not eligible.

MSP (Maharashtra Gov. New Subsidy Policy)

MSP (Maharashtra Gov. Subsidy Policy)

1. New textile units/ expansion /modernization unit will eligible for interest subsidy 5%,6% & 7%

2. Unit in vidarbha , marathwad & north Maharashtra unit will get 10% Additional capital subsidy.

3. Any unit can avail subsidy for 7 years including 2 years moratorium period.

4. Duration of scheme from 01.04.2011 to 31.07.20165. UID number is necessary if term loan sanctioned before

21.02.20146. There will be no ceiling on investment in project. 7. Subsidy In D& D+Zone,(70% total Cost Project), 5%Capital Subsidy
