2017 – The concrete encasement on bottom of G1 and G14 is cracked with efflorescence for approximately half of theirlength (photo 4). The paint is peeling and rust stained on the exposed bottom flanges of G2, G3, G4, and G9 (photos 5 and6).

2017 – There is long standing degradation of the stream channel along the begin abutment stem. The footing is exposed atthe left and right sides of the begin abutment while there is soft siltation covering the footing under the center of the bridge.The maximum vertical exposure of the footing is approximately 2 feet near G2 (photos 1 and 2). See the attached ChannelProfile Along Begin Abutment sketch for more details. Readings are taken to the hard surface of the stream channel belowthe layer of siltation. No significant changes since the last inspection.
