General Tour Information Deposits and Payments

Tour fee is based upon double occupancy at the Hotel Edison. A deposit of $1,500 per person is due by April 30, 2016 or sooner to guarantee a reservation. Second payment of $1,200 is due by June 30, 2016. Final payment of $895 is due by August 31, 2016. This tour will be limited to not more than 52 patrons.

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations after June 30, 2016 will be subject to a fee of $500 plus any applicable airline cancellation charges unless the reservation is replaced with someone on a waitlist. Cancellations after August 31, 2016 are non-refundable unless re-placed with someone on a waitlist.

Tour Deviations Tour travel deviations should be conveyed to TMP staff as soon as possible. Additional fees may be incurred for travel plan changes. We will attempt to accommodate any changes. We also request that you notify us in advance of excursions or shows that you may choose to opt out of due to any reason.

17—25, 2016 (non-stop, direct flights) All airline taxes and fees as currently levied. Tickets to seven Broadway and regional shows. Eight nights accommodations at the Hotel Edison, double occupancy. Meals: dinner each day, including tax and gratuities at upscale restaurants. Local motor coach or other transportation in New York: arrival and departure transfer between airport and hotel, all scheduled sightseeing excursion tours. Admission costs to all scheduled sightseeing tours to be determined. $300 of the tour fee is a tax-deductible contribution to the 2016-17 Annual Fund at Tacoma

Musical Playhouse.

Not included in Tour Medical, baggage or cancellation insurance. Airline baggage fees. Gratuities for local tour guides, bus drivers or hotel maids. Meals other than those scheduled. Shuttle to and from SeaTac airport. Items not specifically mentioned above.

Tour Options Single room supplement - additional TBD. Shuttle to/from SeaTac airport ($17.50 per person each way).

This tour will be limited to not more than 52 patrons. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis per TMP’s interest list. TMP season subscribers have first priority booking. PLEASE NOTE: This tour was originally advertised as a New York and New England Tour. After thorough investigation of thea-

ter options from Philadelphia to Boston, it was determined that there were not enough quality productions available in other cities

to warrant the extensive travel required to include other parts of New England. So the tour is limited to high quality offerings in

and around New York.
