In last week’s newsletter, I mentioned that the congested traffic situation at the front entrance of our Junior/Senior Campus in Heatherton Road has now been discussed by the Dandenong Police, the City of Greater Dandenong Council, Vic Roads and the Victorian School Building Authority. I have been informed today that this will be the page one feature in next week’s Dandenong Leader. Value of the Week

We will be continuing our studies on the Friendliness next week. The staff have been very pleased with the way everyone has

settled back into school so smoothly. Many new friendships are forming between students, staff and families. Emerson is a place

of welcome. The forming of long and strong friendships begins with how we greet one another every day. I have included a chart

on the next page that highlights some important ideas for demonstrating Friendliness. There is also a Friendliness Dice below

that you might like to have fun with.
