It was fantastic to recognise our 2018 Senior Student Leaders at our recent investiture, attended by themselves and their families.

HSC ExaminationsOurYear12studentsarecurrentlysittingtheir examinations and I have beeninformed by the exam supervisers that all aredoingthiswithgreatapplicationwiththe vast majority working hard to the last minutes of each exam. Other students have also shown great respect in making sure that there is a quiet environment
around the hall so our Year 12s can concentrate and do their very best.
W o r k i n g hardAs we move toward the end of the year, it isimportant that all students make every day and every lesson count. This can bedonebyattendingschoolregularlyandbygiving theirbesteffort ineachandeveryclass. I often remind students that somehome study is needed to reinforce work that is learnt at school, so students canremember the key concepts and apply them where needed. I expect the following homestudytimesforstudentstobeableto keep up with their work and do their very best:• Years 7 & 8 – 1 hour per night• Years 9 & 10 – 1 ½ hours per night• Years 11 & 12 – 2 hours per night

Nursing at Liverpool Hospitalby Jessica Di BartoloIn week 9 of last term I was given the opportunity to complete work experience at Liverpool Hospital and practiced
