Through its established location inside the world class Altia Business Park, KM 2 Solutions will provide Unosquare with infrastructure and employer. Unosquare provides US customers with software development, testing, and application support services from its nearshore locations. KM 2 provides contact center services from its nearshore locations and both companies leverage the lower cost labor pool and same time zone advantages for their US clients. NOL Group (Neptune Orient Lines), a world leader in global transportations and logistic services, has established their corporate offices within Tower 1 of Altia Business Park. Covering all aspects of global cargo container transportation and logistics, the NOL Group's business offerings are delivered through two principal operating brands: APL and APL Logistics. Welcome Aboard! On July, StarTek announced the signing of a lease for a new contact center located in Altia Business Park, in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The center started operations this week with their first group. “The addition of a center in Honduras was driven by client needs,” said Chad Carlson, newly appointed CEO and President. “We have experienced great success with our StarTek Costa Rica facility and went searching for another bilingual, educated population in a country with a stable democratic government. which ultimately led us to Honduras. This further expansion into Latin America is consistent with our plans to continue to grow our global footprint.”
