Employee’s Development
We pay a particular attention to the training of our
employees. We ensure different training in Security, Power
Engineering and language in 2015.
For instance we have focused on foreign languages such as Spanish and Russian in order to strengthen the communication with our clients and suppliers. Indeed, as a global company, these language skills would be primordial to be more operational and efficient towards our interlocutors.
The budget allocated to the training of our employees represents around 20 000 € in 2015.
First Aid Rescue Training
The training took place in our workshops in Corbenay aimed to update the certificates of 7 employees that already have their certificate
regarding this topic. The update must be done every 2 years to check the real abilities and update the skills of these rescue workers.
Among these 7 employees, 2 of them work at the offices and the others in our workshop. The rescue workers are divided logically between each department in order to be available for every single worker which would be exposed to the risks of an accident or an injury while working. The acquired skills will be used in case of a medical emergency.
We plan to train 2 more rescue workers except than the actual one which will reinforce the security of our employees and try to minimize the risks.

SEMESTER
2015 2015 is almost finished. It is for sure a crossroad in the Transformer field with important changes all around us.
With innovations, new actors and a continuing growing market , 2016 will challenge all the organizations.
We are aware of this and want to ensure you, that EUROCOOLER SAS is driven by the performance to manage
this challenging period with you .
We have a long term view and have already proceeded to the investments needed.

Environment Health & Security
Health & Security Training
We have focused training on workers’ gestures and postures where they usually lift high weights. Indeed, there is a high risk in some part of our company where workers need to be careful. The aim of the training was to teach workers what are the most appropriate positions to hold weight. Around 25 workers are concerned by this training.
Electrical & Chemical Risk Training
7 employees which are exposed to the electrical and chemical
risks in their daily work will have training about the danger
that handling this kind of materials represents. They will have
better preparation against the danger when it will appear.
Work Accidents
The work-related accidents of our employees notably
decreased compared to the same term in 2014. Indeed 6 work
stoppages were counted last year at the same period whereas
this year the number is divided by 3 to reach only 2 work-
related accidents. These figures concern only our permanent
staff.
Quality
Eurocooler SAS 2020 Vision
We have planned several investments, mainly in the welding area, to first improve our productivity and therefore the price at our customer’s side. In a second round it will improve as well the quality of our products and services. At the end it will bring benefits to our company and as well to our customers and partners.
We trust it will as well open us some new opportunities and convince other transformers manufacturers to have confidence in us.

Market Review
The Eurocooler SAS team present at Berlin was composed by our CEO and owner Yves Barraquand, our General Manager Marc Notheisen and finally our Sales Team with Olivier Ochsenbein and Geoffrey Beaudouin. A lot of meetings took place in Berlin in order to discuss about the trend of the transformer market with our peers. The fair also permit us to start new collaborations with actors of the market. Some meetings ended up with an order placement while some others ended up with an audit of our process to qualify us as a new supplier.
We will be present for the 2016 edition which will be held between 10-12 May at “Messe Berlin”. Our team will be glad to welcome you at our booth 12A27 (same as last year) located at the Hall 1.2.
