We have been informed and observed that this has happened on numerous occasions it really isn’t the safe option, as it causes congestion and frustration for other parents and people trying to get to the business park Thank you for your anticipated understanding. PARENTS’ EVENINGS Parents’ Evenings take place tomorrow (Tuesday 1 st March) and Wednesday (2 nd March). Please sign up for a slot if you haven’t already – times available are on the office door. Over the half term break, we received confirmation that we have retained our ‘Star Club’ status. This is based on the variety of films that we screen and the responses through reviews of the children. As a star club we have priority access to a number of events and ‘goodies’ to further enhance the enjoyment of the children many thanks to those children who contacted FILMClub to recommend us for this status. This half term’s films will be: 04/3/11 MOUSEHUNT (PG) 11/3/11 JOURNEY TO THE CENTRE OF THE EARTH 2008 Remake - (PG) 18/3/11 ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS (U) 25/3/11 ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS THE SQUEKQUEL (U) 01/4/11 NO FILM CLUB DUE TO PTFA FAMILY FILM NIGHT 08/4/11 THE DIARY OF A WIMPY KID (PG) All films will finish at 5pm. Netball will be up and running again, every Tuesday, starting on 8 th March. There will be no football club on Tuesday 8 th March as the school team have a home fixture against Bedfield. Children will be able to watch, but will need to be supervised. The current cookery group will have their final session on Tuesday 8 th March, with another group (of Year 5s) starting on Tuesday 15 th March.
