Apologies for any inconvenience. PRODUCTION UPDATE Just a reminder that we are expecting that all children will take part in all of our three performances: - Monday 18 th (6.15pm) and Tuesday 19 th (1.30pm & 6.15pm). It is anticipated that the performances will last approximately one hour. Have you ordered your tickets? We have a few left for the evening performances, but plenty left for the Tuesday afternoon if you’d like extra tickets for the Tuesday afternoon, please let us know. If you are able to help ‘backstage’ during any of the performances, please let Mr Pearce know. SPORTS DAY Our annual Sports Day takes place on Thursday 14 th July at 1pm. You are all warmly invited to join us for what is traditionally a great mix of fun, camaraderie and participation with a tinge of competitiveness. If you would like to join us for a lunchtime picnic (starting at 11.45am) please sign up on the sheet in the new entrance area or give us a call. For the safety of the children, we do need to know numbers that will be joining us. Please also make sure that your children are aware if you are picnicking to avoid disappointment for them. Simply bring along your food and drink (no glass bottles, please) and a blanket or chairs and enjoy the whole experience! The children will be in the colour team that they are in for ‘credit card’ groups in their class. If the children could wear their relevant group’s coloured top, it would be appreciated. PTFA The annual school fete will take place on Saturday 9 th July, 12pm 3pm. We hope that you will be able to support us with this event. This Friday (8 th ) will be the last ‘Come as you Please’ Day. This time we are requesting cakes and fresh produce. Cakes can also be brought in on the day of the fete. As usual, there will be a ‘water slide’ at the fete. If you would like your child to ‘have a go’ please ensure that they have their swimming costume and a towel. Please could you return all used/ unused raffle tickets and money to the school office by Friday. Thank you.
