One (1) Army or Air Guardsman Selected Annually

• Serves 15 August to 15 December of the following year (16 mos.)

• Overlaps with subsequent Fellow for ~4 months per year

Professional Education

• Attends Georgetown Government Affairs Institute (GAI); earns Professional Cert. in Leg. Studies

• Applies skillset from educational component to NGAUS advocacy

• Works with Congress (under supervision of NGAUS Legislative Director/Legislative Programs Managers)
