THE REGENERATIVE BUSINESS: BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR A WORKING DEMOCRACY Even socially conscious and responsible businesses have blind spots that hold leaders and employees back.

Carol Sanford will help us discover these blind spots and share how we can build systems of engaged individuals. These transformative systems support the development of employees and workers who are critical, holistic thinkers capable of working on effective teams toward a shared purpose. In addition to her keynote, Carol will lead one of the conference workshops. Attendees will receive Carol’s book, The Regenerative Business.

STRONG FAMILIES, VIBRANT COMMUNITIES How can we, as the business community, cultivate communities where our residents can achieve their potential and create value for all? While NH has one of the highest median household incomes in the nation, we are a state of economic disparities. Far too many families are vulnerable, struggling to cover basic living expenses.

This discussion will focus not only on the issues underlying this challenge, but also how the business community can begin to create opportunity with actionable, impactful ideas. Panelists will share both business experience and powerful insights. Table discussions will bring audience perceptions into the conversation.
