HAZMAT/MC Training Challenges... Incident Commanders have limited

opportunities to exercise their IC skills.Simulation-based training generally uses

generic environments for scenarios. Simulation software is expensive. Custom scenarios are expensive. Exercises and scenarios are difficult to

share among different agencies.

Solutions… Low-cost web-based IC simulation. Authorable scenarios. Ability to share with other agencies or

communities. Link simulation scoring to specific training. Author flexible in building scenario complexity.
