Goal:The NLDS conference brings together AIESEC members, alumni, The NLDS conference brings together AIESEC members, alumni, partners and non-AIESEC member students whereby delivering sessions on leadership capacity building and effective team

management. Its main goal is engaging more young people with AIESEC and motivating current AIESEC members to apply for

leadership positions.

Conference flow:


Day 1:

During the first day after During the first day after the official opening we are going to understand who a leader is, understand who we are, what our values are and how to connect them to the solution of global the solution of global issues.


Day 2:

During the second day During the second day we will 3 partner workshops. One of them (LEAD) will be divided into two parts. The first will be delivered to all the delegates, the second – to the current EBs and to the current EBs and potential TLP applicants (members older than 6 months).


Day 3:The last day will help us The last day will help us to understand what type is our leadership style and that leadership is action. And then we will have a reflection on our further steps considering all the knowledge we all the knowledge we gained during the conference.

Imagine a palm fruit and an arrow. Hi, Im Viktor, 24 years old and I will tell you Hi, Im Viktor, 24 years old and I will tell you what they have to do with me. I ate my first palm fruit, in India where I was working with street children for one year. Eating this fruit was quite hard but also a lot of fun because we had to use our thumb like a spoon to eat it and in the end I was amazed how much I got out of it. got out of it.

The reason while I am telling you this is, because for me this palm fruit is a symbol for my AIESEC experience. Im now with AIESEC in Germany for three and a half years, and it has been hard and challenging sometimes, but always as well a lot of fun. I have organized several projects, been LCP and now also a trainer, which enables me to develop further other people and myself. The various opportunities AIESEC provides are simply amazing and that I will be able to meet you in a few days in Armenia and get to know your country is just one more proof to it. Sona HovhannisyanA professional musician- Sona Hovhannisyan’s life has completely changed once she discovered that her 20 years of artistic career turned out to be the best leadership development program. Being a pianist, Sona managed to lead teams delivering Arts and Culture projects, public awareness campaigns, projects, public awareness campaigns, co-leading University as well as delivering leadership development and coaching programs for more than 2000 people in Armenia and beyond. Sona joined AIESEC in 2005 and then served as a President of AIESEC in Armenia for 2 consecutive years and has been chairing newly established AIESEC International Ethics Subcommittee. “My most impactful and life changing leadership experience was the one with “My most impactful and life changing leadership experience was the one with AIESEC. I am Gor Nazaryan. To be more specific I can mention some words which can describe me – energy, people, guitar, diplomacy, football and of course AIESEC! Now about the last one – I joined AIESEC in 2011 and since then a great world of opportunities was discovered for me. I was trying to be discovered for me. I was trying to be everywhere and try everything, to gain much from organization and to give back even more to it and to our society. My name is El Mahdi Boumait, I'm Moroccan, I had my engineer degree on software programming on 2011. Since I joined AIESEC in 2009 I tried to take advantage of all opportunities I have had.

I have learnt a lot from all of them since I went through an active member experience, Team Leader experience and currently MC VP Experience abroad, My life right now is totallyrelated to AIESEC , and this make feel the responsibility toward the world around me.cause AIESEC change a lot in my life and let me discover myself better , I’m FACI in NLDS 2013 to impress new members,EBs and let them aware what they can get from AIESEC ." I was among organizers and delegates of many conferences in Armenia. I have chance to be a part in MelDS in Sicilia and had an International Exchange Experience in Slovenia. My eyes could see everything stunning and amazing, my ear could listen to the most positive and smart people, I the most positive and smart people, I saw many cultures and many cities. All these changed my life in better by 180 degree. AIESEC - is what I am talking about. Just remember: Do,Enjoy,Beleive. This is what you need to make your dream come true.

Global Village is an open fair where countries present their history, culture, traditions and food . During the fair you will get to listen to country presentations, to see typical clothing and try some food from different countries.

PartiesDid you think we weren’t going to have any fun? You couldn’t be more wrong! We have two themed parties in store for you, one for each night of the conference. There’s going to be music, dancing, games and lots of awesome people.

The theme of the first party is Rock’n Roll. We’ll have a live-singing band, so a fun time is guaranteed.The theme of the second party is The theme of the second party is Fictional Characters. Come to the party dressed as your favorite fictional character. There are no limitations: it can be a character from a movie, a book, a cartoon, a legend, etc. Be creative! We’ll have fun guessing who you are!guessing who you are!


The bus for the venue will leave from the Republic Square at 8:00 in the morning. Please, gather near

the fountains a quarter to 8. Note: bring the payment slip with you. Please, don't be late, otherwise the bus will leave without you.
