Nali and Malan is extending the scope of standard professional services, and has the expertise to provide specialized training as well as technical assistance to previously disadvantaged individuals and affirmative business enterprises.

In-house, we maintain a policy of equal opportunities for all, ensuring that partners and staff remain representative of the work environment. 51% of the company is owned by a women and is thus in itself a product of empowerment.

W e h a v e d e a l t w i t h a significant number of projects where targeted procurement played an important roll and pride ourselves in the successful implementation of these projects. All social aspects are facilitated professionally and effectively.

In 2009 and 2010 we sponsored two students to study horticulture at the University of Tshwane. Said s tudent s were t ra ined in preparation of two positions to m a n a g e a n d m a i n t a i n government grounds in Ermelo. They have remained employed successfully from 2011.

We continue to sponsor students and identify individuals to assist with transfer of knowledge. We continue to assist previously disadvantaged individuals and contractors in understanding contract information and site operations.
