Himachal Pradesh Government Plan for Mobile Phones.
I am directed to refer to this department letter of even numberdated 21st June, 2006 on the above cited subject.
In this connection, it is intimated that BSNL has revised thetariff of HP Govt. Employees CUG Plan for mobile phones. The salient features ofrevised plan are as follows:
• monthly rental has been reduced from Rs. 250/- to Rs. 175/-with unlimited calls within CUG
• free calls worth Rs. 100/- per month• pulse rate of 1p/sec• 30000 seconds per month free incoming roaming across
India
• Free 100 SMS per month• 25 % night calling discount (from 2300 hours to 700 hours)
BSNL made this offer of revised CUG Plan during the meetingheld on 20-01-2010 under the Chairpersonship of Chief Secretary to the Governmentof Himachal Pradesh. It was also decided in the meeting that BSNL in future wouldpass on the benefits to reduced tariffs automatically for telecom services. Details ofHimachal Pradesh Government Tariff has been enclosed as Annexure "A" forreference.
