Directions

1. Cut two 36” diameter circles out of

main color felt. You can make the

circles smaller if younger girls will be

wearing them.

2. Cut 2 large eye pieces, 2 pupil

circles, 1 mouth, and letters from

white felt.

3. Cut 2 small eye color pieces from

colored felt square.

4. Cut sash (hat for TagAlong) from

color felt.

5. Place eyes, mouth, sash, and letters

as shown in photo.

6. Glue in place with Aleens Tacky glue,

hot glue gun, or any white glue.

7. Let dry. Outline features with black

marker (optional).

8. Cut 4 2” squares of felt and glue at

top of front and back circles where

ties will go. Let dry. Cut 1” horizontal

slits through both layers of felt

circle. Run ribbon through and tie.

9. Fold circle in half (top to bottom)

and mark center of each side. Place

sticky Velcro on inside of both circles

to hold costume sides together.

Cut 3 wavy strips about 2-1/2 to 3” wide of dark brown felt. Place letters on

bottom strip.
