On the recommendation of Punjab Public Service Commission, you are

Education Department, on the following Terms & Conditions:-

a) Your appointment will be governed by the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 and all rules, regulations, instructions, issued by the Government, from time to time.

b) Pay and allowances as per basic scale of the post i.e. BS-17.

c) You will remain on probation as prescribed under Section 5 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974, read with Rule 7 of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1974.

d) Your services will be liable to be terminated at any time without

assigning any reason during probation, if your work and conduct is not satisfactory or the vacancy ceases to exist. In such an event you will be given one month’s notice for termination of service or one month’s pay in lieu thereof. In case, you wish to resign at any time, one month’s notice will be necessary or in lieu thereof one month’s pay shall be forfeited.

e) You are required to appear before the Medical Board to be constituted by the competent medical forum for medical examination on the first entry into Government service. In case, you are already in Government Service, you are required to bring certificate of your employer to the effect that you have already obtained Medical Certificate from Medical Board at first entry into Government Service and police has already verified your antecedents alongwith attested copies of the above documents.

f) You are required to give your willingness to join as Lecturer in Urdu (BS-17).

g) You are required to give an affidavit to the effect that you will not marry a foreign national on stamp paper worth Rs. 50/-.

h) Your credentials/degrees/certificates shall be got verified from the concerned Board/University/Institution. In case degree/certificates of academic qualification/any other particular/documents or information submitted by you are subsequently found bogus/forged/incorrect etc, the offer of appointment shall be withdrawn (apart from any other action on ground of criminal offence) in terms of Regulation Nos.32 & 71 of the PPSC Regulation 2000.

i) Your appointment is subject to verification of antecedents from local Police/Special Branch.

j) Your seniority vis-à-vis other officers will be determined as per rules.

k) You will assume your duty at the place of posting within stipulated time failing which, it will be presumed that you have declined the offer of appointment.

2. If you accept the above terms and conditions of the appointment, you

may submit your acceptance to the offer of appointment within ten days, and return

this following portion to this Department on 07.10.2015 at 09:00 am personally or
