TECHNICAL COMPETENCY EXAMINATION
Applicable for Clinical applicants
For Clinical applicants; all applicants will be required to takethe Technical Competency Examination. The applicantswill bescheduledtogototheconcernedarea(aswillbeadvisedbytheRecruitmentDepartment) for the technicalassessmentof theirskills.FinalapprovalofthedepartmentdependsontheresultofthisTechnicalCompetencyExamination.
FINAL RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES
Not applicable for Physicians
This is the process of completing the customary proceduresto hire the candidates chosen by the committee; their fileswill be forwarded to Internal Audit Department, which willperform the audit process to ensure compliance to Program’sPolicies and Procedures. Then the files are forwarded to theHigherManagementforapproval.Incasethecandidatewasnotselected in thefinal interview,he/shewillnot receiveaphonecallandinstatedwillbenominatedtoanothersuitablepositionincaseofavailability.
Note: Being selected to complete the recruitment proceduresdoesnotnecessarilymeanthatthecandidatehasbeenacceptedforthatposition,asnecessaryapprovalmustbesoughtpriortoassuranceofacceptance.
PRIMARY SOURCE VERIFICATION
As part of NGHA’s policies and procedures, the concernedRecruitment Services shall proceed in the Primary SourceVerification of the approved candidate’s education, experienceandlicense(ifapplicable)inordertoensureauthenticityoftheaforesaidcandidate’squalifications.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
• Selected candidates must undergo the medical test tofind outwhether they are Fit toWork. This procedure isconsiderednecessaryandimportantandthesigningofthecontractdependsonitsresult.
• The candidate shall go to theRegistrationDepartment intheAmbulatoryCareCenter(ACC)totaketheMedicalCard,thentotheEmployeeHealthClinictobeginthenecessarytests.
Note: Candidatemustfastfor12hoursbeforetakingthetest.
CONTRACT
1. Once thecandidate isfit towork, theworkeffectivedate is coordinated between the candidate and the
concerneddepartment. Thecandidatewillbeaskedforarelease letter fromtheirprevious job,andtheywillbegivenaspecifictimeframetobereleased.ThecandidatesMaysignthecontractontheirfirstdayofwork.
2. Incasethecandidateisnotreleasedwithinthetimeframeagreedupon, thedepartmenthas the right tostoptherecruitmentprocedures.
3. Incasethecandidateisnotabletostartworkingonthe agreed date, the concerned department has therighttostoptherecruitmentproceduresimmediately.

ORIENTATION & BADGING

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST

• This test is a comprehensive assessment of EnglishLanguageSkills, it is done via computer. It is composedof multiple choice questions consisting of 100 questions,dividedinto4sectionsasfollows:

∞ Grammar
∞ Vocabulary
∞ Reading
• Thedurationofthetestisanhourand45minutes.
• Applicantsareallowedtorepeatthetestforthree3timeswithin12monthsfromthedateofthefirsttest.However,forthethirdtimetheapplicantsshouldprovideaCertificationthattheyhavetakenanEnglishLanguageTrainingCourse.
• Thetestresultsarecategorizedinto3levels:
1. Level III, from 25% and above (minimumscoreforHighSchoolgraduates)
2. Level II, from 45% and above (minimumscoreforInstituteDiploma)
3. LevelI,from65%andabove(minimumforCollegegraduatesandPostgraduates).ThislevelshouldbemetbyallNursing&Clinicalapplicants.
Note:TheEnglishLanguageTestresultsareconsideredviablefor twenty-four (24)months. The applicantsmust retake thetest,ifnothired,tokeeptheirfilesactiveinthesystem.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
Oncetheapplicantpassedthenecessaryexaminations,theywillbeaskedtosubmitthefollowingdocuments:
1. Theoriginalcopiesoftheircollegecertificates,diplomaandlicense(ifapplicable).Iftheapplicantgraduatedoutside theKingdom, thecertificatemustbeverifiedby theMinistryofHigherEducation, forSaudis. For
Non-Saudis,itmustbeverifiedbytheSaudiEmbassyorSaudiCulturalAttachéinthathomecountry.
2. TheoriginalcopiesoftheservicelettersfrompreviousexperienceintheKingdom,oraverifiedcopyofitfromtheconcernedSaudiEmbassy(fornon-Saudis).
3. The original copies of the Recommendation Letters(References). For Nursing and Clinical applicants,referencelettersshouldbefromtheirdirectmanager/supervisororequivalent.
4. For non-Saudis, they must submit a No ObjectionCertificatefromtheirsponsororfromthesponsoringcompany, stamped and verified by the Chamber ofCommerceforprivatesectorsortheorganization’ssealforgovernmentsectors.
5. LettersofNoObjection, for femaleSaudiapplicants,from their guardians, either father or husband, ifneitherexist,shemustsubmitaSupportDeed.
6. TheoriginalcopyoftheResidencypermit(Iqama),fornon-Saudis.
7. CopyofthePassport,fornon-Saudis.

INITIAL INTERVIEWApplicable only for Admin & Support Applicants
• Theinitialinterviewisakeystepintherecruitmentprocessofadministrative&supportapplicants.Itaimstoidentifytheapplicant’sgoals,desires,interests,aswellasthecitytheywanttoworkin(Riyadh,Jeddah,Dammam,Al-Ahsa).Basedon its results, theywillbenominated toasuitableposition, and they will be forwarded to the concerneddepartmentsforthefinalinterview.
