Surrounded by pristine natural landscapes, Noosa offers a touch of cosmopolitan set against a stunning beach and national park backdrop.

A short stroll along the boardwalk from Noosa Main Beach, you can enter the unspoilt Noosa National Park. With a chunk of wild coastline jutting into the ocean, it is understandably one of Australia's most visited parks. Along the way look out across Laguna Bay for dolphins and whales, or spot a koala in the trees. Explore the picturesque Noosa Headland along a selection of five tracks, ranging from one kilometre to eight kilometres and catering to all fitness levels.

Active pursuitsOutside of the meeting room, groups or individuals can enjoy an immense range of options and activities, from gourmet food trails to health spas, hinterland hikes, unique markets and offsite dining in iconic locations.

Being enveloped in nature allows for an abundance of nature-based activities including kayaking through the Noosa Everglades (one of only two everglade wetland systems in the world) or getting off the beaten track and driving on sand via 4WD along the Great Beach Drive of the Great Sandy National Park.

Options in Noosa are endless and other activities might include sunset cruises, cooking classes, mountain biking, a round of golf on a championship course, horse riding or a kombi van tour.

As a delegate of the XYZ Conference, we look forward to welcoming you to the Sunshine Coast and invite you to stay a little longer and experience our region, outside of the conference room.

Wonders of nature, beachside culture, fresh local food, immersive encounters and world-class events – the Sunshine Coast is one of the most vibrant regions in Australia; renowned for its natural environment, diversity and world-class sporting, tourism and leisure activities.

Cosmopolitan resort villages enveloped in nature can be found along the iconic northern section of the Sunshine Coast, between Coolum Beach and Noosa. Villages offer reclusive solitude while others brim with bars, beach-facing eateries and boutiques. With a hinterland as rich as the surrounding oceans, the Noosa area reflects its UNESCO Biosphere label, is the gateway to the World Heritage-listed Fraser Island and encompasses one of only two everglade systems in the world and popular Noosa National Park.
