We warmly welcome you to our Opening and Training Event in Gothenburg. These two days will give you a wide range of market information as well as many possibilities to enhance your professional network. On Wednesday, you will be visiting our new Service Center in Landvetter for the training sessions in our workshop. You will learn about our products, in theory and in practice. On Thursday, experts will give presenta-tion sessions followed by break-out groups in the workshop.
Besides the official parts of this event, you will have various chances to connect to other participants and exchange know-how with experts. Interesting speeches and delicious food are awaiting you. Furthermore, we have planned something very special for the social outing on Wednesday evening.

ABOUT GOTHENBURG
Gothenburg is the second-largest city in Sweden and is located on the country’s southwest coast.
One of Gothenburg’s famous landmarks is the big Lipstick at the waterfront. It is an impressive post-modern skyscraper that also goes by the name of Lego House. The building, designed by Ralph Erskine, stands 86 meters tall and was completed in 1989. The observation deck at the top offers stunning views of the city.

Schooner Ingo, the sailing boat company, is managed and run by the Swed-ish non-profit organization “Skonaren Ingos Vänner”, which is Swedish for “Schooner Ingo’s friends”. The organization was founded in 1982 with the goal to restore, preserve and run the historical ship.
SAILING CRUISE
Our sailing trip to the restaurant on the island of Knarrholmen will take approximately one hour. During this time you will be served drinks and snacks and can enjoy the beautiful Gothenburg archipelago and take the opportunity to meet and network with peers.
Furthermore, “Thomas the troubadour” will further sweeten your journey with musical entertainment.

HOTELYou will stay at Comfort Hotel Göteborg. The hotel is also the starting and ending point for the shuttle bus to/from the venue location.
COSTSThere is no entry fee and we are happy to offer food and beverages during the official parts of the event, including the welcome dinner on Wednesday. However, we kindly ask you to pay for travel and accommodation yourself. Please remember to pay for your room directly at the hotel reception desk.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTUREIndividual arrival at the hotel. Please note, that there will be an official airport drop-off after the event on May 9.
In case you plan to prolong your stay, we kindly ask you to organize your individual departure transport from the hotel to the airport yourself, or with the support of the hotel reception desk.
PRESENTATIONS & PARTICIPANT LISTAs we are going to share all presentations after the event, you will receive an e-mail containing a direct link. Furthermore, there will be an op-portunity to leave your business card in order to create a participant overview of all the guests.
