Entry Responsibility
• USSA Staff– NorAm Cups
– National Championships
– Out of country competitions
– FIS-U for USA non-school quota
• Clubs– FIS-U for schools
– Regional and Divisional FIS
Travel Letters
• USSA does not write travel letters• USSA does accept travel letters for FIS-U
and FIS but not for NorAms or Nationals (direct entry necessary)
• USSA will act as clearing house for all foreign travel letters
Insurance Documentation
• Sanctioned USSA competitions are insured• Certificates of insurance upon request of
organizer
MAS / ENL / UNI Particulars
• FIS Masters– No USA FIS masters competitions
– USA FIS masters entries from Bill Skinner
• No particulars for ENL• FIS-Uni
– Domestic entries from school coaches or from Regional staff
– Foreign entries from school coaches with copy of travel letter and listing on USSA summary
USADA Doping Control
• Notification from USADA to USSA• Notification from USSA to organizer and TD
to facilitate logistics• Typically only at NorAms and National
Championships
A-net / B-net Directives
• Follow manufactures recommendations• Use the experience of the Jury
Equipment Testing
• USSA owns– Plomb machine
– Boot machine
• Testing– Colorado NorAms and National
Championships
– In USSA office on request
Printed ICRs
• ICRs will be printed by USSA and available through the membership department
