April is National Healthcare Decisions Month Do you have a Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare? National Healthcare Decisions Day is held to inspire, educate & empower the public about the importance of advance care planning. This initiative hopes to encourage patients to express their wishes regarding healthcare with advance direc-tives. Hospice of the Western Reserve will be providing Advance Directives booklets that will be available all month. Please see Tiffany with any questions or for assistance completing your forms.

winter months. Your cooperation is greatly appre-ciated.

All persons 60 and older are welcome to join us for lunch. A reg-

istration form must be completed and can be obtained at the

front desk. Once this has been completed and is on file, you may

sign up for any lunches that you choose. Please contact the

center for more details! This program was made possible by a

Grant from the Ohio Department of Aging through the Western

Reserve Area Agency on Aging. Please acquire your lunch ticket

at the sign in desk and be in your seats no later than 11:30am.

own lunch reservation. Due to a limited amount of lunches that will be

ordered, reservations will not be made over the phone. Sign-up is always

inal TV classic. As we sit in our seats, we’ll become “The Audience” as Lucy, Ricky, Fred and

Ethel perform two hilarious episodes for this new thing called "Television!" The evening show will

also include 1950's advertising commercials and jingles.

Plus, we’ll enjoy a pre-show dinner at the 100th Bomb Group before our deluxe motor coach deliv-
