a planned 140,000-square-foot office,

academic and cultural complex in

downtown Gladstone, Missouri. On the

corner of North Oak Trafficway and

69th Street, the 90,000-square-foot

first phase of the newly constructed

complex is complete Spring 2016—with

plans for an additional 50,000 square

foot in phase two.

City (NKC) Schools and Northwest Missouri State University (Northwest)

• A progressive, non-traditional environment of office and research space and a variety of educational

resources, amenities and programming intended to better prepare students for today’s workforce

• Northwest’s affiliation will create additional synergies for K-12 programming and much more,

including numerous completion programs and client-based services as the university continues to

develop a seamless pipeline in pursuit of a Northwest degree

• Phase 1 projected for completion spring 2016; a second phase is being planned and will expand the

campus by an additional 50,000 square feet

• Façade and monument signage available

• Auditorium, public library and nature trail are under consideration

• Ideal location for office users in the Northland – easy access to Downtown, Airport and Zona Rosa
