HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO CLASSES: These classes are designed to take your cardio fitness to the next level through a variety of different methods.
ROOFTOPWARRIOR
Looking for something more...this intense session incorporates MMA Fitness and Cross-Fit training held outdoors on the rooftop of the norths car park. You’ll be pushed to your extreme and our trainers will help you reach your desired goals. $10 for members, $20 for non-members. Meet at 8am at gym reception for an 8.15am start.
MMAFITNESS
This session will help you make amazing fitness gains whilst keeping it interesting and new. It is a class for anyone and everyone, so come and give it a go.
EXTREME CYCLE & CORE
You think cycle is tough? You should try our NEW EXTREME cycle & core class. Burn those unwanted calories away, increase your cardio fitness and then finish the class by blasting the abs. This is the intense workout you’ve been looking for.
CYCLE is a freestyle class that requires NO coordination. It burns maximum calories while you tone and shape your body with the ride of your life.

BOXING combines impact and cardiovascualr training. Feel the adrenaline as you push your body to the limits. Cotten inners are required.
STRENGTH CLASSES: Whether you’re a regular weight trainer or a newby, these classes will help you to increase your strength in a safe way.
This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with great music and awesome instructors.
ACTIVE CLASSES: These are all round classes incorporating all elements of fitness including cardio training, resistance training, balance and flexibility.

Pulses is a class designed for people with heart conditions. It uses gentle and light paced activity that can increase your fitness & mobility.
AQUA is a cardiovascuar workout in a non-impact environment. It’s great for joint problems, impact related problems and pregnancy. Swimming costume required.
MIND & BODY CLASSES: These classes will decrease stress, increase your flexibility, increase joint mobility, improve posture and help you centre yourself in this busy world.

PosturePerfect
Are you sitting at a computer everyday??? Constant headaches,stiff neck, tight shoulders? Then this stretch class is for you!
Strength& Stretch
These classes prove benficial in reducing stress, improving posture & strengthening the muscles. It also helps in improving the flexibility of the body thus enhancing the range of motion of all body parts & helps increase core strength.
Pilates uses a unique method of body control and conditioning. It stretches and strengthens the muscles and improves balance and flexibility.
FitballPilates is a more advanced Pilates class utilising the fitball to increase core strength and stability.
HathaYoga
is a slow-paced class with simple stretches, breathing exercises and a meditation to finish. You will learn basic poses & relaxation techniques.
MEDATIVEYoga is similiar to hatha yoga with more focus on meditation. Meditation canhelp reduce stress & can help with
things like high blood pressure, anxiety & much more...
MINDFULYoga is a combination of Hatha yoga & Medatitive yoga. You will practice mindfulness of the body through guided
meditation, yoga poses & deep relaxation.
YinYoga
has the same goals & objectives as hatha yoga, but it is a little deeper It targets connective tissues such as ligamnets, bones & joints that we sometimes miss.
TaiChi
is an ancient form of martial arts that you can physically and mentally benefit from. It delivers a sense of calm and strength.
DANCE CLASSES: Move and Groove with a variety of dance styles and classes to choose from.
ModernDANCE develops your jazz skills while learning a number of dance combinations. Jazz shoes required.
Broadway
JAZZ is chicago meeting cabaret. It is an experience you’ll love while meeting new friends!
Tap is suitable for all. There is a class for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Tap shoes are required.
Contemporary
DANCE is for adults with some experience. It improves your skills and technique. Jazz shoes required.
Ballet is offered to adults with some experience. It will improve your skills and technique. Ballet or Jazz shoes required.
Bellydance is a class for the more advance bellydancer. It is stepping, style and choreography.
BLAST CLASSES: Having trouble finding some time? These 30min low-impact classes give you a great workout allowing you to fit exercise into everyday life.
AWESOME
ABS is a 30 minute blast class for your abdominals. It’s a quick, low-impact class so you’re in and out ready for work.
LovelyLegs is a 30 minute blast class for your legs and gluts. It’s a quick, low-impact class so you’re in and out ready for work.
