TODAY is
PB&J Sunday
We are going to gather for lunch in the Fellowship Hall for Peanut
Butter & Jelly sandwiches. One of
our Men’s groups will be
preparing them for you. Drinks
and chips will also be provided.
Then we will donate the money
we would have spent going out to
a restaurant, to a fund for two of
our church families in need. This
will be a great time of fun and fellowship plus you will feel blessed for
having helped someone in need!

Change for Children Fall Campaign
The “Change for Children” sponsored by Mount Dora Children’s Home is a conven-
ient but effective way to help the children. Over the next four months, simply place
your daily loose change in a can and then turn it in by the middle of January, 2013.
If you would like to participate, cans are available in the lobby. If yours gets full
before the ending date, just pick up another can and continue. Give the filled cans
to Lisa Snelling who will be coordinating the collecting and distribution, or leave
them in office #1. It’s amazing how quickly loose change adds up; but what’s more
amazing is how it can change the life of a child. Through your generosity, the chil-
dren will be provided basic needs such as haircuts, allowances, personal items, new
clothes, and a host of other things necessary for enjoying a normal life.
Time to get in Shape!
Why wait until January to make a resolution for yourself?
Starting October 2nd, NW Tampa’s own Tim Williams will be
conducting weekly coed exercise classes for NWT members
here at the building in F-2. Details are as follows:
Tuesday nights / Beginner class / 7:00-8:00PM
Thursday nights / Advance class / 7:00-8:00PM
Both beginner and advance classes are free of charge and will focus on core
strength building along with cardio fitness. If participating, Tim asks that you have
a light snack before you come, dress comfortably and bring your water bottle and a
towel. Mandatory waivers must be signed before you can participate, and will re-
main on file in the church office through December 2013. If you have any ques-
tions, please contact Tim Williams at (813) 849-3252.
Your choice to join us in worship to God is a bless-ing to us. It is our privilege to welcome you this morning. If you have not previously worshipped with the Northwest Tampa Church of Christ, we would like to familiarize you with our service. If you have children, we have exceptional care for them during the worship hour so that you can focus on your spiritual development:
K-4th Grade “Kids Kingdom” located in Fellowship-2 4-5 Year Olds “Children’s Worship” located in Room 9 3 Year Olds “Children’s Worship” located in Room 7 2 Year Old “Nursery” located in Room 5 Infants “Nursery” located in Room 4
Both nurseries are beautiful and clean with space for them to play and be nurtured.
Our style of worship is simple, patterned after the examples and teachings of the earliest Christians in the New Testament.
Note: Parents should leave to pick up their kids at the end of the Invitation song.

dessert, drinks and clean-up. All
proceeds go to the accounts of stu-
dents who help. There is no set fee
but your generous checks should be
made to Tampa Youth Missions.

for beginners TODAY and also a fol-
low-up class next Sunday, Septem-
ber 30. The class will meet in the
Retreat House from 1:00-3:00PM.
Please arrive on time.
Mission Sunday…
Sunday, October 21 has been set as
Mission Sunday. This is a time when
we, as a congregation, donate all
money (over and above our weekly
budget amount) to three missions of
our choosing. More information will
be forthcoming with reference to
which missions we will be support-
ing this year. Please be praying
about this and plan in advance for
how much you can give, over your
regular weekly contribution. We are
all abundantly blessed, compared to
so many others in foreign countries
who have so little.
