Springtime is always in advance in Lucca area and among the olive groves and wonderful old villas already in early March the camellias bloom with their irrepressible elegance.

A day full of beauty and relax, to the discovery of more than 700 cultivars of ancient camellias of 19th century, the well-kept "Italian gardens" of the 17th century villas and the ancient and stimulating

Lucca’s gastronomy. Fans of flowers (and not only them) will also enjoy the beauties, both architectural and natural, of a

unique territory, between cultural testimonies and medieval legends. Departure from the meeting points towards Capannori (LU). Meeting with the Guide and transfer to St. Andrew of Compito to visit the XXVI "Exhibition of the Ancient Camellias of the Lucchesia" and to see many flowering accompanied by the music of the weekly concert. At the end, guided tour of the Pieve di Compito (XI century). Lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon guided tour of the Villa Torrigiani garden(1650) with the round pool, the secret garden (or of Flora) and the Winds Ninfeo, where the monumental paths of the garden converge. Transfer to Villa Reale and visit of the spectacular park desired by Elisa Bonaparte: the Spanish Garden, the Lemon trees Garden, the Verzura Theater and the Water Theater. LUCCA and her Villas

Departure from the meeting points towards LUCCA. Free of traffic, the historic centre of Lucca offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in a rare ancient atmosphere and to regain the concepts of time and space. The visit will let us discover the evidence of the ancient splendour of Lucca: the Roman amphitheater, the Cathedral (with the mysterious crucifix known as "Holy Face”), St. Frediano and St. Michel in Forum as well as, of course, the tower-houses and the characteristic medieval streets. A short walk along the splendid city walls of the 16th century leads us to Palazzo Pfanner for a guided tour of the garden: the grassy surfaces, the ornamental flowering, the lemon basins and the 18th century statues make it an exquisite example of Baroque garden. The octagonal basin and the lemon-house adorn the green space divided into seven large flowerbeds of box, laurel, bushes of peonies and hydrangeas, centuries-old camellias as well as numerous pots of roses and geraniums. Lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon guided tour of Villa Torrigiani. The first setting up of the garden dates back to 1650 with the round pool, and the secret garden (or of Flora). The heart of the park is the Winds Ninfeo, where the monumental paths of the garden converge: characterized by a tunnel passage under the stairs and two caves with grotesque statues, all enriched by water features and flower beds. Departure from meeting places towards Celle di Lucca, birthplace of the Puccini musical dynasty, perpetuated for 5 generations. Guided tour of the house-museum (consisting of seven rooms divided into sections) where Giacomo spent carefree holidays, witnessed by photographs, family portraits, letters or autographed musical manuscripts in addition to the piano on which he composed part of Madam Butterfly or the gramophone donated by Thomas A. Edison. In October 1909, from Brussels, Giacomo wrote to his sister: "When I return home I will go to Celle, I wish me the mange if I will not do it". Transfer to Lucca and typical lunch in restaurant. In the afternoon guided tour of the birth-house of Puccini (now a museum that preserves original objects, documents and relics of the Maestro), and of the churches of St. Paolino (where the Master presented the "4 voices Mass"), of St. Michel (cited in the booklet of La Bohème and where the Master gave organ lessons), of St. Peter (where is preserved an ancient organ with the signature of the Maestro) and of the Cathedral (where the Puccinis were Masters of the Chapel). gatherings of the great international sculptors, from Vangi to Mitoraj to Pennoni and Theimer. Every month its squares and its medieval churches host new exhibitions, creating a magical contrast

whose charm is difficult to escape. Departure from the meeting places and transfer to Pietrasanta. Meeting with the Guide and visit of the historical centre: the Collegiate Church of St. Martin (XIII century) with the Riccomanni’s rose window of and the Stagio Stagi pulpit, the oratory and the convent of the Augustinians (today the "Museo dei Bozzetti"), in addition to the Baptistery and the Palazzo Carli (exterior). In the afternoon transfer by motor coach to the marble basins of Carrara. Stop near an active quarry to learn about ancient and modern methods of marble extraction & transport and to see satisfied all your technical and geological curiosities. After the visit and received all the historical and social information, we decide to continue discovering the production methods of the "Colonnata’s Lard" and the miracle that made it famous. Le presenti condizioni contrattuali si applicano ai pacchetti turistici così come definiti dall’art. 2 n. 1 D.Lgs. n. 111 del 17/03/1995 di attuazione della direttiva 90/314 CEE. I pacchetti turistici sono creati ed organizzati da il Tau Tour Operator., con sede in via C.R. Ceccardi 97/b - Licenza Nr. del 9/06/2005 rilasciata dalla Provincia di Massa e Carrara. CONTRATTI DI VIAGGIO E RESPONSABILITÀ I contratti di viaggio di cui al presente programma si intendono regolati dalle condizioni che seguono e dal D.L. Nr. 111 del 17/03/1995, dalla Direttiva 90/314/CEE, dalle Convenzioni Internazionali in materia ed in particolare dalla Convenzione di Varsavia del 12 Ottobre 1929 sul trasporto aereo internazionale resa esecutiva dalla Legge 19 Maggio 1932 n. 41, dalla Convenzione di Bruxelles del 20 Aprile 1970 (C.C.V.), resa esecutiva dalla Legge 29 Dicembre 1977 n. 1084, nonché dalle previsioni in materia di Codice Civile e dalle altre norme di diritto interno in quanto non derogate dalle previsioni del presente contratto. LE RICHIESTE Dovranno pervenire a il Tau T.O. preferibilmente via E-mail o tramite fax, ed indicare la data di effettuazione del viaggio, la destinazione, il numero di persone previste. Dovranno indicare, altresì, eventuali esigenze particolari (alimentari, sanitarie, logistiche etc.) al fine di consentire una corretta modulazione del pacchetto e del suo prezzo finale. L’accettazione delle prenotazioni è subordinata alla disponibilità dei posti e s’intende perfezionata, con conseguente conclusione del contratto, solo al momento della conferma scritta da parte de il Tau T.O. Le indicazioni relative al pacchetto turistico non contenute nei documenti contrattuali, negli opuscoli, ovvero in altri mezzi di comunicazione, saranno fornite in regolare adempimento degli obblighi previsti a proprio carico dal D.Lgs. 111/95, in tempo utile prima dell’inizio del viaggio. I PREZZI Pur essendo comprensivi di IVA, sono da considerarsi netti a il Tau T.O., e validi per gruppi di minimo 25 persone. Prevedono una gratuità ogni 25 persone paganti. Nel caso in cui i prezzi dovessero subire aumenti per cause non imputabili all’agenzia, vale quanto previsto dalla Convenzione di Bruxelles del 20 Aprile 1970 (C.C.V.), resa esecutiva dalla Legge 29 Dicembre 1977 n. 1084, per la tutela del viaggiatore. I prezzi indicati nel contratto possono essere aumentati soltanto in seguito a variazioni di: costi di trasporto, incluso il costo di carburante; diritti e tasse su alcune tipologie di servizi turistici quali imposte, tasse di atterraggio, di sbarco o d’imbarco nei porti e negli aeroporti, tassi di cambio applicati al pacchetto. I prezzi non possono comunque essere modificati nei 20 (venti) giorni antecedenti il giorno fissato per la partenza.il Tau T.O. qualora prima della partenza sia costretto a modificare in maniera significativa il prezzo o altro elemento essenziale del contratto è tenuto a darne tempestiva comunicazione al consumatore. A tali fini si considera significativa una modifica del prezzo superiore al 10% del medesimo. il Tau T.O. qualora dopo la partenza, non possa fornire una parte essenziale dei servizi contemplati in contratto, dovrà predisporre soluzioni alternative, senza supplementi di prezzo a carico del consumatore e, qualora le prestazioni fornite siano di valore inferiore rispetto a quelle previste, risarcire il consumatore in misura pari a tale differenza. Qualora non sia possibile alcuna soluzione alternativa o quella predisposta da il Tau T.O. venga rifiutata dal consumatore per comprovate e determinate ragioni, sarà obbligo del il Tau T.O. fornire, senza supplemento di prezzo, un mezzo di trasporto equivalente a quello originario previsto per il ritorno al luogo di partenza o al diverso luogo eventualmente pattuito, soltanto se tale soluzione, sia oggettivamente indispensabile e materialmente possibile. SISTEMAZIONE Le sistemazioni sono previste in hotel di categoria NON inferiore alle 3 stelle, come meglio specificato in ogni singolo pacchetto, in camere doppie. Il supplemento per camera singola è specificato in ogni pacchetto ed è valido per un numero massimo di 4 (quattro) camere singole. Ulteriori camere singole, solo su richiesta e previa disponibilità, verranno quotate separatamente.La sistemazione alberghiera, in assenza di classificazioni ufficiali riconosciute dalle competenti pubbliche autorità dei Paesi anche membri dell’E.U. cui il relativo servizio si riferisce, è stabilita dal il Tau T.O. in base ai propri criteri di valutazione dei requisiti di idoneità. Tale classificazione può non corrispondere in alcuni casi, alla classificazione fatta dalle competenti Autorità, dagli Enti Turistici Governativi o dagli alberghi stessi. Per quei Paesi dove esista una classificazione ufficiale, la stessa è comunque riportata in una tabella comparativa nelle pagine dei programmi di viaggio o accanto al testo descritto dell’albergo. Nel caso in cui i servizi alberghieri siano di tipologia e qualità diversa da quella proposta nel contratto, il consumatore avrà diritto esclusivamente al proporzionale rimborso degli eventuali maggiori importi versati. PAGAMENTI Il saldo dovrà essere effettuato tassativamente entro 15 giorni prima della partenza del gruppo tramite bonifico bancario intestato a: il Tau Tour Operator di Carolina Giuntoni sas - cod. IBAN: IT89 I010 0524 5000 0000 0002 643 SWIFT/BIC: BNLIITRR. Copia della transazione dovrà esserci inviata via e-mail. SERVIZI PRENOTATI A fronte del pagamento verranno inviati vouchers relativi ad ogni servizio prenotato, sui quali saranno indicati il numero di persone, l’indirizzo ed il numero di telefono del fornitore, il giorno dell’effettuazione del servizio ed eventuali altri dettagli utili. CONTESTAZIONI Eventuali contestazioni relativi alla parziale e/o totale e/o giudicata insufficiente fornitura dei servizi pagati, dovranno essere controfirmati dal fornitore ultimo del/dei servizio/i contestato/i ed inviati a il Tau T.O. entro 7 giorni dalla fine del viaggio. È opportuno e

consigliato, comunque, di segnalare al più presto qualunque disservizio, al fine di poter risolvere immediatamente l’eventuale motivo del contendere.RINUNCE e CANCELLAZIONI In caso di rinunce ai servizi prenotati, il Tau T.O. rimborserà la somma incassata, ove previsto, al netto delle penalità sotto indicate rinuncia entro penalità 30 gg. dall’arrivo previsto 10% 1 0 % 15 gg. dall’arrivo previsto 30%10 gg. dall’arrivo previsto 50%dopo tali termini. 100% detratti gli oneri e le spese per l’annullamento dei servizi e la quota d’iscrizione.il Tau T.O. può altresì cancellare il pacchetto quando non sia stato raggiunto il numero minimo di partecipanti previsto nel programma e sempre che ciò sia portato a conoscenza dei partecipanti nei termini specificati da ogni singolo programma e previsti dai precedenti paragrafi. In caso di recesso il Tau T.O. sarà tenuto al solo rimborso delle somme percepite entro 7 giorni lavorativi dal momento del recesso o cancellazione, escluso ogni ulteriore rimborso. ASSICURAZIONEA garanzia dell’esatto adempimento degli obblighi assunti verso i clienti, il Tau T.O. ha stipulato apposita polizza assicurativa con la Unipol Assicurazioni N° 1522/65/51626761 come previsto all’art. 21 D. LGT N° 11 del 17 marzo 1995 e successive modificazioni. Prima della partenza è possibile anzi consigliabile, stipulare presso gli uffici del T.O. una speciale polizza assicurativa contro le spese derivanti dall’annullamento del viaggio, infortuni e bagagli. OBBLIGHI DEI PARTECIPANTI I partecipanti saranno tenuti a munirsi di passaporto individuale o di altro documento valido per tutti i Paesi toccati dall’itinerario, nonché dei visti di soggiorno e dei certificati sanitari eventualmente richiesti. Essi inoltre, dovranno attenersi all’osservanza delle regole di prudenza e diligenza, a tutte le informazioni fornitegli da il Tau T.O., nonché ai regolamenti e alle disposizioni amministrative o legislative relative al pacchetto turistico. I partecipanti saranno chiamati a rispondere di tutti i danni che il Tau T.O. dovesse subire a causa dell’inadempienza alle sovraesaminate obbligazioni da parte dei clienti stessi. Il consumatore è tenuto a fornire a il Tau T.O. i documenti, le informazioni e gli elementi in suo possesso, utili per l’esercizio del diritto di surroga in quest’ultimo nei confronti dei terzi responsabili del danno. Il consumatore è responsabile verso il Tau T.O. del pregiudizio arrecato di surrogazione. Il consumatore comunicherà altresì per iscritto a il Tau T.O., all’atto della prenotazione quelle particolari richieste che potranno eventualmente formare oggetto di accordi specifici sulle modalità, sempre che ne risulti possibile l’attuazione. RESPONSABILITÀ dell’ORGANIZZAZIONE il Tau T.O. è responsabile dei danni arrecati al consumatore al motivo dell’inadempimento totale o parziale delle prestazioni contrattualmente dovute, sia che le stesse vengano effettuate da lui personalmente e da terzi fornitori dei servizi, a meno che provi che l’evento è derivato da fatto del consumatore (ivi comprese iniziative autonomamente assunte da quest’ultimo nel corso dell’esecuzione dei servizi turistici) o da soggetto estraneo alla fornitura delle prestazioni previste in contratto, da caso fortuito, da forza maggiore, ovvero da circostanze che lo stesso il Tau T.O. non poteva, secondo la diligenza professionale, ragionevolmente prevedere o risolvere. LIMITI DEL RISARCIMENTO Il risarcimento dovuto dall’Organizzazione non può, in ogni caso, essere superiore alle indennità risarcitorie previste dalle convenzioni internazionali in riferimento alle prestazioni il cui inadempimento ne ha determinato la responsabilità sia a titolo contrattuale che extracontrattuale e precisamente: la Convenzione di Varsavia del 1929 sul trasporto aereo internazionale nel testo modificato all’Aia nel 1955; la Convenzione di Berna (CIV) sul trasporto ferroviario nel testo modificato nel 1980 COTIF; la Convenzione di Parigi del 1962 sulla responsabilità degli albergatori, nel testo di cui agli art. 1783 e ss. del Codice civile; la Convenzione di Bruxelles del 1970 (CCV) sulle responsabilità dell’Organizzatore. Qualora il testo originario delle predette convenzioni avesse a subire emendamenti o nuove convenzioni internazionali concernenti le prestazioni oggetto del pacchetto turistico entrassero in vigore, si applicheranno i limiti risarcitori previsti dalle fonti di diritto uniforme vigenti al momento del verificarsi dell’evento dannoso. SOSTITUZIONE VETTORI E/O STRUTTURE ALBERGHIEREE’ riconosciuta a il Tau T.O. la facoltà di sostituire i vettori aerei e gli albergatori previsti con altri di analoghe caratteristiche nel caso che ciò si rendesse necessario per motivi operativi o per altra ragionevole causa. FORO COMPETENTEPer eventuali controversie e/o contestazioni sarà competente il Foro di Massa e Carrara.
