NO NOTICE OF SIXTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members,

Past Students' Association, Borivli Education Society,

This is to give notice that the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on

Sunday, 29th June, 2014 at 9.30 am sharp for the following purpose at Gyan vihar Library, 3rd floor,

C wing, Prabodhankar Thackeray auditorium complex, sodawala lane, Borivali-(W), Mumbai-

400092.

1. To receive and confirm the minutes of the 15th Annual General Meeting held on 19th

January, 2013.

2. To receive and adopt the report of the Managing Committee for the year ended 31st March,

2013.

3. To approve and adopt the Audited Statements of Accounts for the year ended 31st March,

2013.

4. To appoint Auditor(s) to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion

of next Annual General Meeting.

5. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
