Sl 7-002 - Louisiana Public Facilities Authority (Ryze Renewables Lake Charles, LLC Project) - Not exceeding $350,000,000 Revenue Bonds (Volume Cap), in one or more series, taxable or tax exempt, not exceeding 7.5% tax-exempt and 10% taxable, not exceeding 20 years, (1) constructing, installing, acquiring, and equipping certain solid waste disposal facilities consisting of a renewable diesel and jet fuel production plant which processes wood waste to manufacture renewable diesel and jet fuel to be located in Calcasieu Parish, (2) funding a reserve fund as necessary and (3) paying capitalized interest.

S17-004 - Louisiana Public Facilities Authority (Biomass Power Louisiana, LLC Project) - Not exceeding $60,000,000 Revenue Bonds (Volume Cap), taxable or tax exempt, in one or more series, not exceeding 10% fixed and/or 12% variable rate (subject to recapture), not exceeding 30 years, (1) constructing, installing, acquiring, and equipping certain solid waste disposal facilities consisting of a production plant which processes wood waste to manufacture a sustainable alternate fuel in Campti, Natchitoches Parish, (2) funding a reserve fund as necessary and (3) paying capitalized interest.

35. Discussion and consideration of the evaluation teams recommendations for selection of Underwriters on proposals submitted in response to the December 21, 2016 Solicitation for Offers for Underwriting Services for State of Louisiana Gasoline and Fuels Tax Bonds.

36. L16-471 - Lincoln Parish, City of Ruston (Economic Development Projects) - Not exceeding $34,000,000 Sales Tax Increment Revenue and Refunding Bonds, not exceeding 5%, not exceeding 17 years or September 8, 2033, (1) approximately $4,750,000, refunding Sales Tax Increment Revenue Bonds, Series 2008 and (2) approximately $29,250,000, (a) engineering, repairing, construction, reconstruction, or relocating of additional economic development and public improvement projects, including public roads, streets and related drainage and utilities, (b) funding a debt service reserve fund or paying a debt service reserve surety policy if necessary and (c) providing for capitalized interest, if necessary.
