HANOVER BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

October 2, 2019 Chairman Douglas Seibel convened the meeting at 6:30 pm in the Hanover Borough Municipal Building, 44 Frederick St, Hanover, Pennsylvania. Attendance: In attendance were Commission members Douglas Seibel, Chairman; Scott Roland, Vice-Chairman; Timothy Seitz, Doug Becker, Steve Edwards, and Christopher Arter. Additional persons in attendance were Keith Hunnings Interium Zoning Officer by telephone conference call, Sam Miller acting Manager Approval of the September 4th, 2019 Minutes: Chairman Seibel asked for a motion approving the minutes from the previous meeting. It was moved by Mr. ? and seconded by Mr. ? to approve the minutes. The motion carried. New Business

1) Lot Consolidation/ Land Development Plan Carter Lumber Company 8 Barnhart Drive, Penn Township, York County Pa. Planners discussed the plan. They are proposing to consolidate lots and do a Land Development plan in Penn Township. There is a very small portion of the property that lies in Hanover Borough with no proposed changes to that portion of the property. Planners considered and made a motion to approve just a courtesy review on this plan. Engineer preparing the plan is GHI Engineers C/O Gerald D. Funke PLS 213 Carlisle Street, Hanover PA. Motion Made by Mr.? Seconded by Mr. ? vote was taken all in favor. Motion approved.
